About the role The Centre for Collaborative Learning is at the heart of academic development in the University comprised of multiple teams in digital and academic development. The post holder will support the Director of CCL by providing academic leadership, contributing to student and staff development across the university. You will contribute as a member of the CCL Leadership Team, to the vision and strategy of the University and of CCL, enhancing its profile and reputation within and external to the university. To represent and promote areas of responsibility nationally, overseas and on University and Faculty Committees. About you The post holder will need to be collaborative, responsive and supportive, managing competing demands in a timely manner and able to develop and enhance partnerships with schools, services and external providers. They will need to hold Principal or Senior Fellowship of the UKPSF, and an Education related post graduate degree such as a Doctorate / Higher Degree or equivalent professional qualifications / professional experience. They will need to have experience in Curriculum Design and Delivery and ideally of Block provision. The post involves managing teams in Academic Development, Learning Development and Teaching Observation and recent experience of both areas would be a distinct advantage. The post holder will need to be able to lead the Reaccreditation and development of the PSF provision and ongoing development of the PGCAP. The post requires extensive collaboration outwith the Centre and representation of the Centre on University committees.
