Night Concierge Location: Sidcup, DA15 9DF Salary: £23,849 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday – Wednesday 19 : 00pm until 7 : 00am Closing date: 12 Noon on Friday 28 November 2025 Are you a calm, reliable, and observant individual looking to make a difference in a vibrant student community? The College are seeking a dedicated Night Concierge to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment at their student accommodation. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the site to ensure safety and security. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and student concerns in a professional and supportive manner. Monitor access to the building and ensure only authorised individuals are on site. Complete nightly logs and incident reports accurately. Liaise with other staff members and emergency services when required. Support students with lockouts and other out-of-hour's needs. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in security, facilities, or student accommodation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion. A proactive approach to problem-solving and safety.
