The College are seeking a dedicated Night Concierge to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment at their student accommodation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols of the site to ensure safety and security.Respond to incidents, emergencies, and student concerns in a professional and supportive manner.Monitor access to the building and ensure only authorised individuals are on site.Complete nightly logs and incident reports accurately.Liaise with other staff members and emergency services when required.Support students with lockouts and other out-of-hour's needs.Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience in security, facilities, or student accommodation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.A proactive approach to problem-solving and safety.DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)....
