Thames Water is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager with a passion for technology and a drive to solve real-world problems and who has significant experience working within the Waste Water Industry. You will play a pivotal role in helping us become a digital-first utility company, leading the strategy and prioritisation of our digital product roadmap. What you’ll be doing as a Product Manager Set product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders. Translate business needs into valuable, actionable outcomes. Champion decision support tools that transform our business. Facilitate clear communication between delivery squads and stakeholders. Promote lean and agile practices; measure and communicate business value. Support agile ceremonies and manage product backlog. What you should bring to the role Extensive experience in the waste water industry - please indicate this clearly on your covering statement with your application. Proven background as a Product Owner, Change Manager, or Project Manager. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organisational skills. Expert in lean/agile delivery and cross-functional team collaboration. Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities. What’s in it for you? Daily Pay rate: Between £450 & £550 per day, depending on experience. IR35 determination: Inside IR35 Location: Hybrid role with base location as Kemble Court in Reading.
