Influence and partner across GSK’s key UK business units, including Commercial, R&D, ViiV Healthcare, Global Functions and Global Supply Chain, ensuring inclusion is embedded in everyday actions and decision‑making. Data Insight and Continuous Improvement Use data analysis, employee engagement insights and external benchmarking to shape plans and measure progress. Conduct horizon scanning to stay ahead of evolving trends, best practices and the external inclusion landscape. Monitor and interpret UK legislation to ensure GSK remains compliant and proactive. Reputation and External Partnerships Strengthen GSK’s internal and external reputation as a leader in inclusion, representing the company at key industry forums and building partnerships with relevant external organisations. Showcase GSK’s commitment to inclusion through storytelling, recognition, benchmarking and thought leadership.
