A Japanese IT company is currently recruiting a Pre-sales Specialist to work in their London office.In this role, you will be responsible for assisting business expansion with UK/European clients, carrying out technical pre-sales tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the company's services.The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in network security, exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to manage customer requirements effectively.Job DetailsTYPE: Permanent, full-timeWORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to FridaySALARY: up to 48k depending on experienceSTART: ASAPLOCATION: LondonBENEFITS: Travel fee (up to Zone 6)Pre-sales Specialist Main Responsibilities:Define customer requirements and translate them into technical solutionsCreate high-level and detailed designs, proposals, and solution architecturesProvide technical consultancy and support to their customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phasesOutline project plans, update progress of execution, including recovery plansConduct revenue and profit analysisResearch and identify emerging technology trends relevant to customer needs and business strategyIdentify technology trends and create new productsProvide strategic input into product roadmaps and innovation initiativesDrive and manage technology evaluation stageCoordinate with suppliers for product cost and quotationsExpand sales and pre-sales effortsPlan and handle presentations to customers, third parties, and suppliersNotify line manager of issues, customer complaints, and new business opportunitiesEscalate issues, customer complaints, and new business opportunities to the line managerCreate project documentationProvide skills transfer and training to engineersSupport end-to-end deployment of services and complex solutionsMaintain 3rd party vendor certificates and partnershipsPre-sales Specialist Ideal Candidate:Knowledge in network and security products such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, CATO and other equivalent vendors/service providersKnowledge of new technologies of Enterprise IT solutions such as SD-WAN, SASE, EDR/MDR and IoTMaintenance and installation experience of network & server infrastructureFamiliarity with Windows Servers/PCs, VDI, VM and understanding of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS platforms like AWS and AzureAbility to create high standard technical documentationValid CCNP or PMP/PRINCE2 Speciality or equivalent certification with hands-on experienceValid CISSP is highly in advantageProven customer service experience across all customer levelsExperience in designing, troubleshooting, and evaluating solutionsBusiness level fluency in EnglishImportant Notes:All applicants for the Pre-sales Specialist must have the right to work in the country as the Company is not able to offer visa support.We regret that we cannot accept applications from Working holiday visa, Graduate or Student visa holders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
