Client Details Our client is a fast-growing UK based company who has seen huge success. They are committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining excellent standards across the business including their Finance department. Description This Management Accountant role will report directly to the Financial Controller, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the full management accounts process and play a key part in shaping the finance function as the company continues its growth journey. Responsibilities will include: End-to-end preparation of monthly management accounts Production of accurate and timely weekly reports for senior management Updating and maintaining financial dashboards to support decision-making Oversee stock forecasting and integration with purchasing function Ensuring accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the general ledger and payables ledger Enforcing financial controls and improving processes where needed Supporting ad-hoc financial analysis and business initiatives Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide insight and financial support Ability to process a monthly payrollProfile A successful Management Accountant should have: Strong technical background in accountancy and finance, with experience in accounting compliance Part/newly qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) Strong understanding of accounting principles and management reporting Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Highly tech-savvy, with confidence in Excel and modern accounting/reporting tools Adaptable, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things doneJob Offer Opportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive CFO Exposure to a rapidly expanding PE-backed business and the chance to influence its success Study support or development plan negotiable (for part qualified candidates) Competitive Salary Private Medical Insurance, Medicash Plan, Group Life Insurance Hybrid working: 3 days per week required in the office If you're looking for a hands-on accounting role in a progressive and high-growth environment where your contribution truly matters, we'd love to hear from you
