They are committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining excellent standards across the business including their Finance department.Job DescriptionThis Management Accountant role will report directly to the Financial Controller, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the full management accounts process and play a key part in shaping the finance function as the company continues its growth journey. Responsibilities will include:End-to-end preparation of monthly management accountsProduction of accurate and timely weekly reports for senior managementUpdating and maintaining financial dashboards to support decision-makingOversee stock forecasting and integration with purchasing functionEnsuring accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the general ledger and payables ledgerEnforcing financial controls and improving processes where neededSupporting ad-hoc financial analysis and business initiativesCollaborating with internal stakeholders to provide insight and financial supportAbility to process a monthly payrollThe Successful ApplicantA successful Management Accountant should have:Strong technical background in accountancy and finance, with experience in accounting compliancePart/newly qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)Strong understanding of accounting principles and management reportingExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyHighly tech-savvy, with confidence in Excel and modern accounting/reporting toolsAdaptable, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPositive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things doneWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive CFOExposure to a rapidly expanding PE-backed business and the chance to influence its successStudy support or development plan negotiable (for part qualified candidates)Competitive SalaryPrivate Medical Insurance, Medicash Plan, Group Life InsuranceHybrid working: 3 days per week required in the officeIf you're looking for a hands-on accounting role in a progressive and high-growth environment where your contribution truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
