Job Title: Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic Location: Leicester (LE2) Salary: Up To £36,000 Basic + Efficiency Bonus (OTE £48,000) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm No Weekends Are you a qualified Vehicle Technician looking to earn a £48k package with a stable, supportive dealership? We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our busy service team in Leicester. Whether you are currently in a main dealer, an independent garage, or a fast-fit centre, if you are looking for better earning potential and manufacturer training, we want to hear from you. Perks: Generous employee discounts and a referral programme. The Role: As a key part of our workshop, you will be responsible for keeping our customers moving. Diagnostics: Using the latest diagnostic tools to identify faults. Maintenance: Performing servicing, cam belts, and general repairs to manufacturer standards. Quality: accurately documenting service work and video health checks (VHCs). Safety: ensuring all vehicles meet safety and VOSA standards. What We Need From You: Qualification: You MUST hold an NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanic / Technician within the automotive industry. Tools: You must possess your own comprehensive tool kit. License: A Full Manual UK Driving License is essential (maximum 6 points).> Right to Work: Please note we cannot offer sponsorship; you must have the right to work in the UK.
