As a Senior or Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering designs for a range of project types and sizes, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide design solutions of the highest standard while securing repeat and new business opportunities. A critical aspect of this role is to support and develop a team of technically competent, collaborative, and highly engaged members.Be responsible for the day‑to‑day technical delivery of electrical design services for multi‑disciplinary projects across several building sectors.Lead the development of initial strategic concepts for projects ensuring solutions are appropriate for the brief and regulatory standards.Interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a communicative, collaborative and timely approach to delivery. This is a client‑facing role where you will attend project meetings and translate the brief within the project team.Work with the team leader to help monitor fee expenditure, resources and work delivered.Mentor and support our “next‑gen” professionals, including apprentices and graduates.About YouProven experience working as an Electrical Engineer or in a closely related role, with a track record delivering on a variety of complex projects.Experience of modern technical delivery processes, and use of relevant software/tools such as BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux and Relux.Demonstrable experience working with clients, contractors and architects in a design‑oriented / consultant role.Self‑awareness, an open mind, and a spirit of generosity.Experience in supporting others to develop knowledge, skills and confidence.How to ApplyTo apply simply complete a CV profile and submit your application, or for further information please contact aureliacherradi@hoarelea.com.
