Customer Support Advisor – Polish Speaking | Remote | £12.25/hour Concentrix is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join its Primark team. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the Belfast office and three days remote. Role Overview As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll handle customer inquiries via social media and email, addressing issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and order modifications. You’ll represent the Primark brand with empathy, professionalism, and a cheerful attitude, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.
