**Role**: Outbound Sales Advisor

**Full time**: 37.5 hours, permanent

**Salary**: £11.55 per hour (£22.522.50) plus the opportunity to earn incentive.

**Location: ** Floor 3 Lincoln Building, 27-45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7SL (On-site Role)

**Operational Hours between**: 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting **outbound** calls, speaking to SKY customers about topics such as premium upgrades, broadband upgrades and speaking with customers who are in the process of leaving Sky for another provider.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Retain customers through great conversations and reviewing their packages to suit their financial circumstances.

**Requirements or Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales - whether that’s face to face or contact centre based.
- Target driven, with proven track record of achieving results
- The ability to stay self-motivated in a competitive environment
- A passion for people and providing them with the best products & service
- The ability to read your customer and really understand their needs
- PC literate
