Community Healthcare Worker (Domiciliary Care) Company: Sunlight Care Group Location: London Borough of Islington Hourly Rate: Starting from £13.85 (London Living Wage) Job Description Sunlight Care Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Healthcare Workers to join our team in the London Borough of Islington. As a Community Healthcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration. Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary requirements are met. Support clients with mobility and everyday activities. Build positive relationships with clients and their families. Maintain accurate and detailed care records. Observe and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing. Promote a safe and comfortable living environment for clients. Requirements A caring and compassionate nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in healthcare or a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Willingness to undergo relevant training and development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
