Job Overview We have two full‑time Healthcare Support Worker positions available in the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People (RHCYP) Outreach service team. Successful candidates will work in a rotational post within NHS Lothian, predominantly night‑shift positions. Key Responsibilities Support families with children who have exceptional health‑care needs. Provide high‑quality, consistent, and continuous care to children and young people with individual care packages. Assist families to live as normally as possible. Qualifications & Skills Passion for supporting children with extraordinary medical needs. Motivated, caring, and able to work flexible shift patterns (including nights). Ability to communicate effectively with families and health professionals.
