As a Sales Executive you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and been able to maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise car sales in a challenging, target driven environment.If you are looking to join the Automotive Industry then this is a brilliant opportunity for you, and a lifelong career choice.Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving you opportunity to attend (Brand) Accreditation Training Courses and continuous internal Training and Support.What we offer our Sales Executives:A basic salary of up to £27,000 plus On Target Earnings of up to £60,000 once you are accreditedWorking hours that are 5 days per week on a rota basis that covers between 8.00am – 6.30pm with every other weekend off.World class training provided from our own trainer and our brand partnersUncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance once accredited.Company vehicle available when you first joinOpportunity to increase basic salary every quarter- up to £27,00030 days annual leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during your annual leave.Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on your family and friend’s carsYou will work 5 days per week, an average of 41.5 hours per week.Shifts will include:8am - 5pm or 9am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday9am – 5.00pm Saturday10.30am – 4pm SundayIf you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.You must hold a current valid clean driving license.We are an equal opportunity employer.
