Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding standards are upheld. The Successful Candidate Will: Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential. Be compassionate, empathetic, and resilient. Build positive and trusting relationships with individuals. Have strong communication and teamwork skills. Commit to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing. Possess an enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
