Due to extremely high client demand, HAMILTON CROSS are recruiting for experienced Health Care Assistants / Carers / Support Workers to work Full Time _OR _Part Time Shifts in:

- Care Homes
- Nursing Homes
- Mental Health Facilities
- Learning Disability Units, and
- Supported Living Facilities.

As a HCA / Carer / Support Worker working as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will ensure you are providing the highest level of nursing and care to service users with the ability to develop strong relationships with service users, relatives and staff. The job role involves providing the highest standard of medical care and personal care to service users, accurate record keeping, updating care plans, appropriate use of medical equipment, a flexible attitude and the adoption of a person-centred ethos.
