This is your chance to develop industry knowledge that goes beyond textbooks and lectures What You’ll Do Conduct building inspections and surveys. Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects. Assist with the preparation of cost estimates. Communicate with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications RICS‑accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying (achieved or on track for a 2:1 minimum). Understanding of the technical aspects of building surveying and genuine interest in the real estate and built environment.
