We currently have a vacancy at Heanor Park care home for full-time or part-time hours a weekAs a Senior Care Assistant with Ashmere, you will be communicating effectively and professionally with the residents, colleagues, relatives, and visitors at all times. You will show compassion towards our residents and ensure that their needs are met. You will assist with personal care and assist with meal times when needed.The ideal candidate must be flexible in working all shifts.You will be responsible for staff allocation, administering medication, liaising with the home manager, GP’s, nurses, and other outside professionals, which can all make for a busy shiftYou will need an NVQ3 or be working towards completing it.
