Location: Samuel House care home- Heanor

Pay rate: £13.11 per hour (Paid Breaks)

Position: Part-Time | Permanent | Rolling Rota (3 Days On, 3 Days Off)

Shifts: Lates – 2.30pm – 10pm, average 26.25hrs per week

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Part Time Care Assistants to join our established team at Arkall Manor, where your work truly makes a difference every single day.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll support residents both physically and emotionally with tasks such as:

  • Providing personal care
  • Supporting with meals and nutrition
  • Encouraging daily social interaction
  • Assisting with preparing for the day or night ahead
  • Recording care activity (training provided)

You'll be supported every shift by a senior team member and an active management team. Your compassion, commitment, and reliability will help ensure residents feel safe, supported, and valued every day.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for care — first and foremost
  • Previous care experience is preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to work as part of a team in a busy, rewarding environment
  • Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Tamworth
