You Will Thrive If You: Are educated to degree level and/or are CTA, ACA qualified (or equivalent). Have experience managing or supporting a manager with a significant client portfolio. Are confident in supervising, training, and mentoring others. Are keen to take on increasing responsibility, including managing projects of varying scale and complexity. Your Role Includes: Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including overseeing WIP and billing processes. Advising on a broad range of tax matters, including complex UK tax computations, returns, and strategic restructuring. Identifying risks, technical issues, and business development opportunities while adhering to the firm's quality control procedures. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and ensuring their confidence in the firm's services.
