As we grow, we’re investing in the next generation of project leaders. Purpose of the Role The Graduate Project Manager role offers a structured entry into A2V’s fast-paced project environment. Working closely with experienced Project Managers, Buying Managers, and Product Teams, you will learn how to coordinate orders, manage timelines, and communicate with global suppliers and customers. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in Project Management or a related field, ready to build a rewarding career through hands‑on training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Support Data & Reporting Process Learning & Development Required Skills & Attributes Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, collaborative mindset with a passion for learning. Comfortable with spreadsheets and project tracking tools (training provided). Calm under pressure and resilient in a deadline-driven environment. Qualifications & Experience A degree in Project Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline. Strong academic understanding of project lifecycles, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Internship or work experience in a project, operations, or retail environment is a plus, but not required. Progression Pathway This role is the first step in A2V’s Project Management career path. With successful performance and training, the Graduate Project Manager will transition to: Junior Project Manager (typically after 12–18 months) Project Manager (2–3 years’ total experience) Further progression to Senior Project Manager or cross‑functional leadership roles is encouraged.
