This work requires deep Red Hat/RHEL expertise and the ability to operate confidently in highly secure environments.This opportunity is suited to engineers who have operated as Red Hat subject matter experts, with strong hands-on experience across automation, open-source tooling and CI/CD pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Red Hat/RHEL SME within a secure operational environmentDeliver engineering support across Red Hat-based platforms and servicesImplement and support automation, CI/CD tooling and open-source technologiesTroubleshoot, maintain and optimise Linux-based infrastructureWork collaboratively with other engineering and security teams on siteOperate within strict security, compliance and governance standardsEssential Skills & ExperienceDeep, hands-on experience with Red Hat/RHEL (SME level)Strong background in DevOps engineering or Linux engineeringExperience with automation, CI/CD and open-source technologiesProven ability to work in highly secure, sensitive environmentsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsActive clearance is essential (cannot sponsor or accept applicants without this)Working EnvironmentThis role is fully on site at a secure location in the South West, Monday to Friday.
