The Job It’s an exciting period of growth for the company. We need someone who sees the product through users’ eyes, manages business needs, and champions Content Design as essential. Bring creativity and clarity to every touchpoint and turn complex concepts into simple, human, engaging experiences. You’ll design experiments that boost metrics, prototype new products, design end‑to‑end experiences, and create compelling microcopy such as feature overviews, paywalls, error messages, and pushes. What You’ll Be Doing Empower women, girls, and people who menstruate to better understand their bodies through exceptional content design. Advocate for Content Design on your team and in the wider community. Proactively seek areas for improvement, working with all content disciplines and product streams. Collaborate closely with localisation to keep consistent tone of voice across markets. Evangelise human‑centred design, readability, accessibility and creativity. Help other Content Designers develop skills through best practice, collaboration and training. Collaborate with product designers to co‑design concepts that improve user experience. Work with UX researchers and data analysts to design data‑driven experiences that meet user needs and drive business success. Support product managers and design leads in shaping initiatives and defining roadmaps. Evolve design concepts from early‑stage prototypes to high‑fidelity mock‑ups. Conduct heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. Run workshops, crits, and ideation sessions. Who You Are & Your Experience Deep Content Design expertise and meticulous attention to detail: simplify complexity and craft clear, engaging user experiences. Commercial mindset: balance user needs with business goals and understand how content drives commercial impact. Experience in conversion optimisation: experiment, iterate, and use data to inform decisions. Experience in ethical persuasion: guide users toward action in a supportive way while meeting business needs. Co‑design experience with product designers and skill with collaborative tools. Exceptional communication and storytelling: influence partners and advocate for content design. Independent, proactive: create clarity, advance work without close supervision. Stakeholder management skills: prioritise effectively and distinguish essential feedback. A portfolio demonstrating measurable impact: show work that improved experience, drove metrics, or delivered outcomes. How We Work We’re a mission‑led, product‑driven team.
