Key Responsibilities Extensive minute-taking from audio tapes dictated by senior leadership (several per week) Email management & archiving – ensuring a clear and organised inbox system Meet & greet duties/FOH Preparing drinks, managing meeting rooms and coordinating board meeting bookings Managing office supplies Providing consistent, dependable support What We’re Looking For Happy to go into the office 5 days a week Strong audio typing / transcription skills Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail Warm, professional communication style A dependable “steady eddy” who enjoys routine and stability Confident reporting into and taking direction from senior members of the team Professional and polished If you take pride in smooth operations, accurate documentation, and being the dependable backbone of a busy office, we’d love to hear from you.
