What You'll Be Doing Deliver management‑related modules, develop comprehensive course materials, handle all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment, and keep up to date with the latest developments in the field and student support practices. Responsibilities Plan, deliver and assess student work ensuring all learning outcomes are met. Develop, update and improve course materials as appropriate. Use a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials. Engage in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties. Stay current with developments in your field and student support practices. Work towards objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression. About You Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable). Have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter. Have experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback. Maintain accurate reporting and thorough, organised student records. Work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines. Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills. Work with diverse groups of people. Desirable Hold a Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification (or commit to enrol on a teaching programme during the probationary period and complete within three years) or Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent).
