North London office. Key Responsibilities You’ll work directly with the Owner/Director, defining and implementing the broking strategy and contributing to the overall business plan. You’ll shape how the broking function evolves, technical oversight, standards & performance. You’ll still have hands‑on influence with insurers and underwriters, maintaining and strengthening key relationships, negotiating terms, coverage and pricing. You’ll elevate a good team into a great team, coaching, developing, mentoring. You’ll have the opportunity to play a key part in delivering commercial and operational excellence across all classes of business.
