You will:Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.Identify risks and opportunities to recommend strategies for improvement.Be involved in using financial data to help run the business, moving from a processing role to one of strategic doing.**Qualifications & Requirements** Qualification Status: Part-qualified and actively studying towards ACCA or ACA.Experience: Proven experience in accounting or financial roles, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.**Our Offer & Benefits** This role is fully office-based in our Croydon office.
