Our partner SEND school are looking for a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated and friendly team. High levels of empathy and patience
Energy and enthusiasm for promoting learning
Experience or knowledge of working with SEND children (advantageous)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
Strong oral and written communication skills
Confident ICT skills and willingness to use new technologies
Experience supporting people in any capacity
Ability to liaise professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Interest in and understanding of working in a school environment
IMPORTANT REQUIRMENTS
