Wellpets Vets, Fairwater, Cwmbran, WalesWe are looking for a friendly and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist who is dedicated to providing exceptional client care to join our team in Cwmbran.As an essential part of our practice team you will be responsible for:Taking phone calls, answering queries and booking appointmentsGreeting clients and their pets on arrivalCheck-in patients and verify their informationUpdate patient records and ensure attention to detailProcess payments and maintain accurate financial recordsDispensing medicationMaintain cleanliness of reception area and consult roomsAdministration duties such as emails and signing up clients to our Pet Health Plan.Wellpets Veterinary Practice is a dedicated, RCVS Accredited small animal practice located in Fairwater, Cwmbran. We take great pride in delivering exceptional care to both our patients and their owners, ensuring that every visit is met with compassion and professionalism. Our commitment to excellent patient care, along with our strong relationships with clients, allows us to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.More about youWe are looking for someone who is organised, able to multitask in a busy environment and someone who can demonstrate a good level of interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.Working patternYou will work 30 hours per week, arranged on a rota.
