Job Title: Residential Children’s Worker Location: Warrington Salary: £26,000 + Sleeps (£32,900 total) Working Hours: 40 hours per week Pay Per Sleep: £50 per sleep Service: Children’s Home Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare OR Level 3/4 Equivalent AND/OR at least 25% completed (Level 3 in Health and Social Care will not be considered) Experience in Years Required: 1 year in a Ofsted Children's Registered Home (preferred) Employment Type: Permanent Sponsorship available: No Driver required: Yes Candidate eligibility: Candidate will not be considered if they have worked or lived outside of the UK for 3 months or more in the last 5 years The Home: Number of Beds: 3-bed EBD home Location: Warrington Type of YPs: Young people with EBD Who we are looking for… We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated team players who are passionate about supporting young people.
