Client Support Specialist - UK Onbe London, England, United Kingdom The Client Support Specialist works with the Client Support Management team to ensure the success of our client programs The Specialist role works with Client Support Managers to develop strong relationships with their clients and become product experts, trusted advisers, strategists and problem solvers. In this highly collaborative role, the Specialist focuses on improving the health and happiness of our clients This is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Chancery Lane office. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position. Responsibilities Fields troubleshooting emails and calls from the client and responds to issues and inquiriesEnsures first-order health for new clients and/or programsPulls key reports, metrics, and data and conducts analysis for program successActs as a product expert and serves as an advocate for the client and OnbeWorks with Client Support Managers to prepare for Business Reviews and client meetingsServes as a backup for processing orders, payments, invoices, and reissuesParticipates in the annual client budgeting exercise and reviews numbers monthlyCollaborates on the integration of new programs for new and existing clientsHandles internal development projects as assigned Qualifications Undergraduate degree preferred1-3 years of experience on an account management or client support team/framework and/or an operations role with client interactionsProficiency with Microsoft Excel The base salary range for this position is £31,664 to £33,330.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
