We offer supporting programs and resources that provide enriching and equitable opportunities for each person to contribute professionally and personally. 🚀 About the Role The Sr. Marketing Manager, EMEA will be responsible for developing, in collaboration with the Sr. Director Professional Education and Marketing, the commercial and go‑to‑market strategy for the EMEA business at AtriCure. The person in this role is accountable for working with stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality Systems and Regulatory, as well as managing people in the EMEA Marketing function. 💼 What You’ll Do Define International business plans and market access strategies for all EMEA geographies. lead and manage the EMEA Marketing team, including resources based in Amsterdam, but also field‑based marketing and market development resources. Analyze both existing and new markets for growth opportunities and perform market segmentation and analysis to understand and prioritize those growth opportunities. Work closely with the Health Economics function (HEMA) to execute market access strategies in key geographies. Work closely with U.S.‑based colleagues to plan for launches of new product offerings. Subsequent to new product launches, manage user preference evaluations and engage with customers to provide feedback to the Product Management and R&D teams. Assist the Product Marketing and Strategic function, obtaining feedback from key opinion leaders (KOL’s) on future product ideas, concepts, and prototypes. Develop positioning, messaging, and market segmentation strategies across EMEA to include trade advertising, physician education programs, and patient advocacy outreach. Deliver highly tailored and relevant presentations, demonstrations, datasheets, white papers, and case studies that showcases the unique therapeutic value proposition of our technology and service. Pro‑actively evaluate, plan and respond to changing clinician and key stakeholder engagement programs. Specifically ensure that the organization is equipped with the Digital Marketing skills and resources to meet and exceed the needs of the market. Work with the direct sales team and distributor partners to structure and negotiate agreements, on‑board and train new distributors and provide Marketing support on an ongoing basis. Manage EMEA tradeshow and event strategy, working with U.S. colleagues to ensure alignment of the company’s global brand standards. Ensure close alignment and support programs and promote initiatives of the Education team. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or International Business Management. 5+ years of successful sales/marketing experience in the medical device industry. Proven leadership in managing and developing marketing teams. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and presentation capabilities. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%). At AtriCure, we’re committed to innovation, collaboration, and improving lives.
