Welcome to the home of Global Electric Street Racing. The Role: This is a 9-month FTC contract. As a Senior Partnership Manager at Formula E, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic marketing and activation initiatives for a portfolio of major global consumer brand partners. Working within the Commercial Team, you'll focus on maximising partners' associations with Formula E by providing exceptional client service, insight, marketing and activation expertise to achieve measurable success. Partner Relationship & Strategy:Lead, develop and cultivate authentic, close working relationships with a portfolio of B2B and global consumer brand partners by deeply understanding their objectives and anticipating their needs. Develop a deep understanding of partner business models to propose ideas, activations and proposals that maximise engagement in the championship. Activation & Delivery Management:Manage the seamless delivery of partner assets and rights, focusing on results-driven activation initiatives that meet agreed budgets and deliver measurable outcomes against business and marketing objectives/KPIs. Oversee effective budgeting, reporting and post-campaign analysis of all activation initiatives. Brand & Data Collaboration:Collaborate with Partners on the development and timely approval of all marketing assets, ensuring consistency with Formula E’s brand guidelines. Partner with Partnership Strategy & Insights specialists to leverage data to optimise activity and drive retention/growth. Team Oversight & Communication:Oversee, coach and develop Partnership Coordinator(s), managing their contractual inventory usage and supporting their skill development. Maintain clear communication to keep internal and external stakeholders updated on partner initiatives. What we’re looking for in you: Experience required:You will have strong experience working in global commercial partnerships to develop effective marketing solutions based on brand objectives. A proven track record of nurturing strong client relationships across global sports properties and major tournaments/events. Demonstrated ability to lead the development and commercialisation of innovative activation initiatives. Experience in nurturing and developing junior talent is essential. Skills & Attributes:You possess exceptional organisational skills with the proven ability to coordinate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. You have an adaptable, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset. You maintain strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills required for specialist advisory roles. Personal Qualities:You demonstrate a proactive desire to learn and develop alongside the team. You are adept at keeping up to date with industry information, updates and challenges relative to the specific categories in which your Partners operate. The ability to travel to international race locations as and when required is essential. Additional languages are a bonus. What’s in it for you?
