Our Corporate Tax team are rapidly expanding and recruiting a Corporate Tax Manager to join our team in Leicester, where you'll be responsible for managing a compliance portfolio, as well getting involved with regular advisory projects.Why DainsRanked 29th in the National Accountancy Age ranking by firm size. This shapes everything we do, creating a vibrant and supportive work culture.Your Key Responsibilities as a Corporate Tax ManagerManagement of a portfolio of Corporate Tax Compliance clients, including monitoring submission and payment deadlinesContact with clients to deal with queries arising when preparing annual tax returns and in dealing with their affairs on an ongoing basisAssist in the training and development of the junior tax teamRecognising opportunities to mitigate tax liabilities and liaising with Partners and Directors to implement these opportunities with clients, and support and train junior members of the team to do the sameTo manage the WIP on the client portfolio, ensuring that all fees are raised and issued to the client on completion of workInvolvement with regular advisory projectsQualificationsYour Education, Skills & Experience:Be qualified to ACA/CTA or similar levelYou must be self-motivated and driven with a positive work ethicBe able to build strong relationships both externally and across the Dains GroupYou will need to demonstrate resilience and confidence taking on new challengesYou must have confidence and tenacity to develop team membersBenefits25 days annual leave (increases with length of service) plus normal statutory bank holidays)Hybrid and flexible work optionsBuy and sell annual leaveLife assurancePrivate medicalCycle to work schemeRegular development reviews and trainingDiscounted shopping platformAnnual professional membership fees coveredSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesAccounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
