What makes us great is you, so we’re searching for more brilliant people, with remortgage experience and great client care skills, to be part of our team.The RoleAs a Remortgage Case Manager at ONP you’ll have the chance to:Own your success: Manage your personal caseload from initiation to completion, shaping the client experience and driving positive outcomes.Challenge yourself: Tackle complex legal aspects of the remortgage process, expanding your knowledge and sharpening your skills.Join a winning team: Be part of a collaborative, high-performing group known for innovation and exceeding expectations.Lucrative Bonus Scheme: Our bonus scheme gives you the opportunity to earn £12K – £15K per annum, on top of your base salary.Grow Your Career at ONP: We’re proud to offer a structured career path for you to build your career and grow as a person, whatever that looks like for you.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for managing a large case load of remortgage filesMonitor and deliver fully against personal targetsIndependently establish priorities and manage deadlines, ensuring that all files are progressed in a timely mannerResponsible for dealing with complex aspects of the remortgage transactionOverall responsibility for files from opening through to completion with administrative supportProvide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associatesDeal with complex enquiriesRecognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the client or business at riskResponsibility to ensure that all allocated files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirementsEnsure detailed telephone notes are maintained throughout transactions and dealing with emails and telephone calls in a timely mannerEnsure that all files are billed correctly with the appropriate fees and on completion funds are sent to the correct placeProvide support and coaching to Trainee Case ManagersOptimise the client experience through use of our conveyancing systems and technologySuggest improvements to current policies and proceduresComply with ONP company policy at all timesAny other duties as required by the businessThis will ultimately be a hybrid role, 2 days a week minimum in the office, but the first 8 weeks will be full-time in the office during the training period.Please be aware that unfortunately we cannot accommodate any holidays of more than a couple of days during the first 6 weeks.The PersonWe’re looking for a skilled Case Manager with preferably around 2+ years’ previous experience.An Enthusiastic team-player and natural self-starter able to work on own initiative.The Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.Strong attention to detail and verbal and numerical skills.This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.What we can offer:We aim to reward your hard work generously.
