Customer Support Advisors will provide overall support but will focus on one of our key business areas. Responsibilities Responding to a high volume of customer calls, including breakdowns. Providing high‑quality administration support to internal departments and customers. Responding efficiently to all customer enquiries. Updating customer and supplier portals and monitoring activity. Updating activity reports as required. Providing quotations to customers as required. Supporting your focus business area. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to react quickly to requests. Ability to follow company health and safety procedures.
