Qualifications Applicants must be registered with the appropriate governing body, hold relevant qualifications and experience including NMC, and possess post‑registration experience and teamwork orientation. Responsibilities Be part of a close‑knit team delivering matron‑led care in a consultant‑led service. Serve as the first point of contact, working with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery. Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care. Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family. Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care. Build experience across new practices, equipment and facilities. Work with practitioners in other areas, ensuring continuity in patient care.
