You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. With post-registration experience, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led serviceAs the first point of contact you will work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgeryDemonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient careFully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of careBuild your experience across new practices, equipment and facilitiesWork with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is keyHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
