Job Description We are currently recruiting for an established and recognised asbestos consultancy, who are looking for an experienced and switched‑on Asbestos Coordinator based in or around the Harlow area. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in an administration/ planning role. Consideration will be given to applications from Chelmsford, Brentwood, Braintree, London and the surrounding areas. Experience A proven track record of liaising with clients. Experience in scheduling work for all staff. Competent using Microsoft office. Previous experience within Administration/Planning. Role Planning and scheduling internal and external training courses. Manage and update internal training reports to ensure that they meet the companies training standards. Monitor medicals across the company. Attending all progress meetings with clients/contractors to ensure KPI’s are met. Build and maintain a professional working relationship with the company’s clients. Reporting any quality issues to the technical and quality team. Support HR/Trainers and help with identifying the best courses. Ensure that new starters have the correct training to undertake their role. Provide training services.
