We’re building a more open world. Join us. Introduction to the team This role sits at the heart of Expedia Group’s Integrated Marketing & Creative (IM&C) organization, supporting the SVP and Senior Manager, Business Programs in driving alignment, communication, and operational excellence across a global marketing team. You'll be both a connector and an orchestrator, ensuring our people, processes, and programs run smoothly while helping shape how IM&C communicates, operates, and shows up across the company. It’s a role for a self‑starter who thrives in complexity, loves bringing structure to moving parts, and can balance discretion with approachability. In this role you will focus on; 1. Process & Program Management Partner with the Business Strategy & Ops team to manage cross‑functional transformation initiatives that strengthen how marketing operates. Support the rollout of new processes, frameworks, and operating models, ensuring they’re understood, adopted, and working effectively. Coordinate project milestones, actions, and communications to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable. Gather inputs, document decisions, and help maintain clarity across high‑visibility programs and initiatives that connect all teams within IM&C. Champion a culture of process excellence—promoting consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement. 2. Internal Communications & Engagement Lead day‑to‑day internal communications for the IM&C team — managing the comms calendar, gathering updates across teams, ensuring leadership alignment, and sharing information clearly, warmly, and with a constructive tone. Coordinate recurring team meetings — All Hands, Learning Moments, and other annual touchpoints— ensuring each session is well‑structured, efficiently run, and clearly documented. Act as the voice of the team: personable, credible, and trusted to bring the organization together. 3. Stakeholder Management & Partnership Build strong relationships across marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth collaboration. Support drafting and coordinating updates, reports, and presentations that help leadership stay informed and confident in marketing progress. Partner on building and maintaining a structured communications framework between marketing leadership and senior executives at Expedia Group, beyond IM&C. Manage upward and downward communications with discretion, tact, and sound judgment. Anticipate needs, flag risks early, and step in to keep momentum when things stall. Experience & Qualifications Strong project and stakeholder management skills — able to juggle multiple initiatives seamlessly, work independently, and prioritize with clarity and discipline. Excellent writing and communication ability — clear, concise, and credible across all levels. High discretion and sound judgment; comfortable handling sensitive information. Confident, personable presence—you enjoy connecting people and making work feel human. Initiative, curiosity, and an instinct for when to push, when to listen, and when to just get it done. Comfort with PowerPoint and digital collaboration tools (Slack, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Figma). Why This Role? You’ll be the voice and connective tissue of a global marketing organization in transformation — close to leadership, deeply embedded in the creative engine, and trusted to make complexity feel seamless. It’s part storytelling, part orchestration, part diplomacy and your work will be visible at the highest levels of Expedia Group. Accommodation requests If you need assistance with any part of the application or recruiting process due to a disability, or other physical or mental health conditions, please reach out to our Recruiting Accommodations Team through the Accommodation Request. Expedia is committed to creating an inclusive work environment with a diverse workforce. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age. #J-18808-Ljbffr
