You’ll take responsibility for managing B2B pork sales across all cuts and product types, working with a diverse portfolio of customers. This role demands someone who thrives in fast-moving markets, can make quick, confident decisions, and knows how to balance margin with long-term growth.You’ll be at the heart of Sofina’s pork trading activity – setting and adapting prices dependant on demand, staying close to global market trends, and ensuring our customers receive competitive pricing and exceptional service.
