The Company is looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Actuarial Reporting to lead their actuarial reporting function and help shape the future of their business.Location: Dorking (Hybrid)Category: ReportingType: PermanentKey Duties (Including but not limited to):This is a very high-impact role, responsible for delivering actuarial results across Solvency II and US/UK GAAP, and for driving capital forecasting and dividend planningYou will act as a key voice in senior forums, regularly presenting to Board, Audit and Risk committees, working closely with our US Financial reporting team and external auditors.You’ll lead a team of 3–4 direct reports, with wider leadership responsibility across a team of around 10.Qualified life actuary with 8+ years PQEStrong Solvency II reporting experienceProven leadership and team management skillsExperience preparing and presenting Board-level papers #J-18808-Ljbffr
