As part of the international Unum Group were on a collective mission to help the working world thrive.The roleWhat will you be doingHead of Actuarial Reporting Location: Hybrid 3 days per week in Dorking (occasional need for 4) as a minimum flexibility to travel to London as neededUnum UK is looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Actuarial Reporting to lead our actuarial reporting function and help shape the future of our business.This is a very high-impact role responsible for delivering actuarial results across Solvency II and US/UK GAAP and for driving capital forecasting and dividend planning. You will act as a key voice in senior forums regularly presenting to Board Audit and Risk committees working closely with our US Financial reporting team and external auditors. Youll lead a team of 34 direct reports with wider leadership responsibility across a team of around 10.
