About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning across a range of subjects, provide targeted help to students, and contribute to a calm, productive classroom atmosphere. You will play a key role in helping young people achieve their full potential.

Proven classroom experience within a school setting
Excellent behaviour management skills and the confidence to support students with varying needs
Strong communication and organisational abilities
A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for supporting young people in a Teaching Assistant role
