**Salary**:NJC 11-14 £27,269 - £30,060 (FTE) £23,951 - £26,403 (Actual Salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

**Hours**:37 per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time + inset days)
**Contract**:Permanent
**Start date**:September 2025

You'll provide invaluable support to delivering an excellent education to every child, in every classroom, every day.

**You’re someone who’ll be able to**:

- Support and adapt learning for pupils in any phase.
- Be robust, resilient and take pride in helping students who can sometimes find school life challenging.
- Be flexible, positive and compassionate.

**You’re someone who has**:

- Level 2 functional skills Maths and English or GCSE grade C/4 and above.
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people.
- Trained in/or willing to complete Teaching Assistant training (level 3)

If you don’t yet hold this qualification, don’t worry We’ll invest in your development by enrolling you in our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme, helping you gain the behaviours, skills and experience you need to thrive in the role.
