Role Overview You will be joining our pharmaceutical production line in a controlled environment within packaging, working safely and in line with the highest standards of cGMP to meet agreed production schedules. You will be part of a team responsible for running an inhalation production line and will receive full training on all departmental processes, procedures and equipment. You will follow all safety procedures to maintain a high standard of housekeeping and will complete and check manufacturing records to ensure they are legible and accurate. Key Responsibilities Actively engage in ensuring production and change‑over targets are met. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Proactively demonstrate forward planning, ensuring everything is ready for the next shift. Use escalation processes to raise any issues, minimising downtime. Follow all safety procedures and practices, ensuring a high standard of housekeeping. Complete and check paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, following the principles of ALCOA. Raise and complete improvement ideas. Show flexibility around departmental needs. Skills & Experience GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or above (preferred). Experience working in a production environment on a shift basis. Good understanding of GMP (preferred). Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Key Capabilities Good organisational, interpersonal, and time‑management skills. Enthusiastic, flexible, conscientious and proactive approach. Take a positive approach to own training and development. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Good communication skills.
