The Role To assist in ensuring the health, safety and welfare of staff, students, visitors and contractors in accordance with current Health and Safety best practices, relevant legislation and Codes of Practice. Full Time (37 hours per week) Permanent £40,413 - £47,537 per annum Across all campuses (Swansea) Key Responsibilities Support with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures as required. Manage the College Health and Safety Management system ensuring compliance with standards and accreditation is maintained. Assist in the operation of the college Internal Health and Safety audits and the inspection programme with Learning Area managers. Provide on‑ground support across all campuses. About You NEBOSH General Certificate or relevant level 4 Health & Safety qualification. Previous experience of working within a Health and Safety role. Sound written communication skills (e.g., report writing). Problem‑solving and analytic skills to enable effective contribution to strategic thinking.
