FUTURE GENERATION TRUST Willows Primary Academy Angelsey Road Lichfield WS13 7NU 01543 421830 Head Teacher: Miss Emma Leake Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant Apprentice Salary: Term time only, 32.5 hours per week Actual salary: £11,110 per annum Start date: Monday 5th January 2026 Due to the relocation of a valued staff member, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant Apprentice to work with Key Stage 2 pupils who have been identified as having additional needs requiring targeted support. You will play a vital role in helping these pupils access the curriculum, develop confidence and achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will have some understanding of supporting children with additional needs and be able to work closely with classroom teachers to provide tailored interventions and personalised support.
