This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and professional HR Employee Support Team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Employee Support Specialist with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our team. In this role you will deal with a wide range of HR related processes. You will be responsible for a variety of HR employment processes such as variations to employment contracts, managing absences, termination of employment, creation of new starters, the creation, monitoring and updating of work schedules, scrutinising and analysing complex data to determine the calculation of any enhancements that the roles may attract, ensuring that employees are paid correctly. You will be expected to provide a high-quality service to our customers and ensure that contracts of employment are issued within the legal deadline and all statutory obligations are complied with. You must have: Experience of working with Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Packages. A minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in HR.
